SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
I believe a good therapeutic relationship is absolutely crucial. I see my job as helping you to understand your own patterns in order to unlock the wisdom within.
I work collaboratively with my clients throughout the entire therapy process to ensure your needs are being met. I personalize evidenced-based therapies to develop treatments in collaboration with clients that are effective in dealing with a variety of concerns. Individual therapy can often be a mix of gentle compassion and difficult and challenging moments.
With these components together, people often report profound and lasting changes in their lives and relationship to self. Whether you regard your concerns as big or small, individual therapy can promote self empowerment, symptom relief, acceptance and confidence in yourself.
I work with individuals in addressing the following areas:
• Trauma
• Grief and loss
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Shame
• Substance abuse
• Relationship difficulties
• Perfectionism
• Life transitions

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma.
After experiencing a difficult or traumatic experience, memories can get “stuck” in the brain in the form of thoughts, feelings, images, and body sensations. EMDR allows the brain to reintegrate these memories in the brain in a way that is no longer distressing. It relieves emotional distress, challenges negative beliefs that may have been present for years, and reduces the physiological symptoms that may occur alongside distressing memories. EMDR has been found to have beneficial results in fewer sessions than other therapeutic modalities.
However, the number of necessary sessions differs depending on the individual and experiences being targeted.
CLINICAL EVALUATIONS FOR IMMIGRATION CASES
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed psychological evaluations to support individuals and families navigating the immigration process. Whether you are seeking services for yourself, a loved one, or you are an immigration attorney looking to refer a client, I provide timely, comprehensive assessments that balance clinical rigor with deep respect for each person’s emotional well-being.
I understand how challenging it can be to revisit difficult experiences. Evaluations are conducted with great care to create a supportive space where clients can feel heard and respected throughout the process.

I provide evaluations for:
• Asylum - For individuals who have fled persecution or violence, these evaluations assess the emotional and psychological impact of trauma and support claims for asylum protection.
• U-Visa - For those who have been victims of certain qualifying crimes, U-Visa evaluations help document the psychological effects of the experience.
• T-Visa - For survivors of human trafficking, this evaluation assesses the lasting emotional and psychological impact of their experiences.
• VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) - These assessments support individuals who have experienced domestic or intimate partner violence, helping to document the psychological consequences of abuse.
• Extreme Hardship & Cancellation of Removal - These evaluations are often used in support of family-based immigration cases to identify the psychological hardship that may result if a family member is deported or separated.

I currently serve individuals residing in California, Oregon, and Connecticut. Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure platform.
Expedited evaluations are available for those navigating time-sensitive situations and include an additional charge.

While no evaluation can guarantee the outcome of an immigration case, research has shown that individuals who submit psychological evaluations are nearly twice as likely to be granted immigration relief. If you or your attorney are looking for an evaluation to support your case, I’m here to help. Please reach out to schedule a consultation.
